Campus Ministry

Faith is the core of our Mission.
Students of all faiths are invited to participate in various activities including school liturgies, yearly retreats, pastoral counseling, and Christian service programs.

Liturgies

Masses are held monthly as well as special occasions such as Homecoming, Freshmen Welcome and Senior Farewell. In addition, an annual Family Mass is celebrated on the Sunday evening prior to Thanksgiving (virtual in 2020)

Retreats

Yearly class retreats are traditional opportunities for students to examine their spirituality and bond with peers. Freshmen classes begin their high school experience with the Freshmen orientation. Sophomore year students go on a day retreat in the fall and Juniors in the spring. Seniors exit activities include an overnight stay at Harvest House in May.

Mission Club

Our faith is put into action by organizing and carrying out activities that benefit people in need such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive, the Christmas Angel Tree and more.

Service

Notre Dame’s mission statement challenges us to prepare young people “to serve in an ever-changing world.” We believe that service to one’s community is an integral part of Christian life and therefore, our program is a graduation requirement.
